How payment works

  • AI Readiness Sprint: paid in full before kickoff.
  • Fixed-price projects: invoiced per milestone, before the milestone starts.
  • Hourly work: invoiced monthly for hours actually spent.
  • All invoices are in US dollars, due within 14 days.
  • Cloud, model API, and GPU costs are billed at cost or paid by you directly.

  • Third-party costs. Cloud hosting, model API usage, GPUs, and paid software licenses. These are billed at cost or paid by you directly.
  • Taxes. Prices are in US dollars, excluding any applicable taxes.
  • Scope changes. New requirements after a phase starts are estimated separately and only start with your approval.
