AI Readiness Sprint
Two weeks to decide where AI pays off in your business. It ends in a pilot plan with one measurable success metric, or in a clear “not yet” with the reasons.
Most AI projects start with the tool
A team buys a license or builds a chatbot, then looks for a use. The Sprint reverses the order: we start with the processes and data you already have, rank the use cases by value, feasibility, and risk, and recommend one pilot.
What you get
- Interviews. 45-minute sessions with 6–10 people who run the processes, not only with management.
- Ranked use cases. A long list narrowed to 3–5, each with expected benefit, cost, and risk.
- Data readiness check. Where the data lives, its quality, who can access it, and how sensitive it is.
- Architecture sketch. Cloud, local, or hybrid models, and where the security boundaries sit.
- Risk review. Structured around the NIST AI Risk Management Framework categories.
- Pilot plan. Scope, one success metric, timeline, and a fixed price for the first build.
Ten working days
Interviews run over video, so nothing requires travel.
- Days 1–2
Kickoff
Goals, constraints, the list of processes, and people to interview.
- Days 3–6
Interviews and data
Interviews, walkthroughs of the systems, data samples.
- Days 7–8
Ranking
Use cases scored, with architecture and risk notes for the top three.
- Days 9–10
Decision
Written report and a meeting where you approve, change, or reject the pilot.
What we need from you
- A sponsor who can make the go / no-go decision at the end.
- 6–10 people for one 45-minute interview each.
- A walkthrough of the key systems and, where possible, data samples under NDA.
Questions
What if the answer is “not yet”?
That is a valid result. You get the reasons and a list of what to fix first (usually data access or process clarity), so the next attempt starts in the right place.
Do we have to build the pilot with you?
No. The report, the ranking, and the pilot plan are yours, and any team can execute them.
What should we prepare?
A short list of processes you suspect could benefit, and the names of the people who run them. We'll handle the rest.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes: $7,500 for the two weeks, paid before kickoff. The Refund Policy covers cancellations.
Two weeks from now you could know what to build.
On a 30-minute call we'll check whether a Sprint makes sense for you. We reply within one business day.
