This Privacy Policy explains how PRWB Technologies LLC (“PRWB”, “we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, collects and uses personal information when you visit prwbtech.com (the “Website”) or contact us. We are responsible for this information as its controller.

1. What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, the content of your message, and anything else you choose to share.
• Business communication. Correspondence, meeting notes and contract details when we discuss or carry out a project with you.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data — IP address, browser type, requested page and time — to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The demos on the Website run entirely in your browser; text you type into them is not sent to us or to anyone else.

2. Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal — based on your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
• To perform a contract with you or take steps before entering into one.
• To keep business, accounting and tax records — to meet legal obligations.
• To keep the Website secure and working — based on our legitimate interest.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers that host the Website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, when we are required to by law.
• A successor, if our business is reorganized or sold, under the same protections.

4. International transfers

We are a US company, and our service providers and team members may process information in other countries. When we transfer personal information, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where they are required.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Project and contract records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to 7 years. Hosting request logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider.

6. Client data in projects

Data that clients give us access to while we deliver a project is processed only on the client's instructions under the project agreement, and where needed a data processing agreement. This Privacy Policy does not cover that data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email hello@prwbtech.com. We will answer within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents

Over the last 12 months we have collected the categories described in section 1 — identifiers, commercial information about our engagements, and internet activity limited to request logs — for the purposes in section 2. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know, correct and delete your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

8. Security

We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit and limited access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach as required by law.

9. Children

The Website and our Services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date.
