Fixed price or hourly?

A fixed-price MVP when the scope is clear, invoiced per milestone. An hourly team at $50/hour, invoiced monthly, when the product is evolving. Many projects start fixed and continue hourly.

Who owns the code?

You do, once each milestone is paid. The repository can live in your account from day one.

Can you take over an existing app?

Yes. We start with a code review and a short stabilization plan before adding features.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before we see any code, data, or product plans.
